Terms & Conditions

MAINTENANCE

Preserved Plants products are easy to maintain, to make sure they last a long time you must:
 
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or 24HR interior lights.

• No watering or placing the product in water.

• Avoid humidity above 70%.

• Avoid crushing, pressing or folding the foliage, flowers or moss.

• Dust it once or twice a year with a feather duster or a low-temperature hairdryer.

• Indoor use only (unless specified).

• The natural variations of colours will vary between the images on the website and each unique piece.

PLANTS

To avoid inconvenience, the products are checked by Preserved Plants before shipment. The preserved and dried plants, as a natural product, come directly from the farm. All of our products are picked up and prepared with a respect for the nature. This is why every product can vary from the picture on the preserved plants website. Variation of shape, size, colour, stem shape, and the possibility of fragile stem bend may occur.

RISK TRANSFER

The transfer of risk to the customer takes place upon delivery of the products by Preserved Plants to the courier. The products travel at the risk of the customer. This remains the same for sent or returned goods.

EXECUTION OF ORDER

The order will be executed within the period specified on the website upon confirmation of the order by Preserved Plants and within 30 days at the latest following the confirmation of the order, subject to the availability of the ordered product except in the case of a specific agreement between the parties. In the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the ordered product, Preserved Plants undertakes to inform the customer by email and to generate a credit note in the form of a discount code for the amount of missing products that can be used on a future order.

We do not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect choice, quantity, or for natural variation of the product due to the preservation or natural growing condition.

 

SHIPPING

The geographical area of ​​delivery corresponds to the geographical area covered by the offer. The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form. The delivery starts upon delivery of the product to the carrier. The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery will constitute evidence that the product has been transported and delivered.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the contents, conformity and condition of the products. In case of delays, damages, total or partial loss or any other problem, it is up to the customer to exercise any recourse with the carrier. Any responsibility attributed to Preserved Plants is void. Therefore, upon delivery, Preserved Plants advises the customer to proceed with the observation of the state of the delivered products before signing the acknowledgment of receipt. If anomalies are noticed, the customer must refuse the delivery of products or expressly state their reservations in writing. These reservations must be confirmed with the carrier by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the three following (3) working days after the delivery of products. A copy will be sent to Preserved Plants. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday).

Shipping costs to certain remote areas may be higher than the standard rates. In such cases, the client will have the option to either pay the additional shipping charges or Preserved Plants reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF THE CUSTOMER

In case of absence of the addressee at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice at the delivery address specified by the customer. The products must be collected at the address and in the manner specified by the carrier. If not reclaimed within the period specified by the carrier, the products will be returned to Preserved plants which reserve the right to refund the price of the products, while the shipping costs remain to the customer.

ADDRESS & DELIVERY 
Our carriers deliver Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Deliveries are untimed but we can generally indicate the day of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. Alternatively, we can note the package to be left at the address without a signature.

Please note that if an incorrect address is provided with your order and we are notified by the courier when delivery is attempted, there is a minimum re-direction fee of $20 to cover re-delivery; this cost is determined by the courier. 

 

NON-COMPLIANCE

Claims for non-compliance of the delivered products must be written directly to Preserved Plants and immediately upon receipt. The customer must keep the original packaging. In case of error on the product, the customer agrees to return the product or products concerned within 7 days of receipt to Preserved Plants without opening their packaging, in their original condition and packaged with the accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the product in due form, Preserved Plants will return, at its expense, the product initially ordered.

CLAIMS - LITIGATION

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must ensure the conformity of the delivery with his order. Any damages must be the subject of precise reservations, dated and signed, on the delivery note. Any complaint must be made within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt, to the Preserved Plants customer service department, by email: contact@preservedplants.com.au . Products whose delivery is disputed must be returned to the company EasyGreen/PreservedPlants in their original packaging. All events, whatever their nature, beyond the control of the company EasyGreen (force majeure, disaster, strike, administrative decision or stops of transport and/or communications, flood, fire) that intervene and affect the execution of the delivery cannot be a cause of cancellation of the order, nor give rise to the grant of damages to the load of the Company. In case of dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Otherwise, all arguments will be brought before the courts.

IMPORT PRODUCT FROM OVERSEAS

As a preserved plant specialist, we able to import most of the preserved plants in Australia; If you need specials product please contact us to organise with you need to come with a minimum order of 2000$AUS + administrative fees apply.

 

DAMAGED GOODS
Please check all goods before signing for them. If this is not possible please sign that the goods are unchecked for damage. If goods arrive damaged please sign the delivery note “item damaged”. Then notify us within 3 working days by one of the contact methods described below. We will send you returns note to complete and arrange the free collection.
You will have the choice of replacements which will be dispatched as quickly as possible or store credit, we do not give refunds.

We do not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect choice or quantity.

AVAILABILITY
We do our best to keep our online website up-to-date. If an item has been ordered and paid for but not in stock, we will contact you with the option to pick another item, wait until it is in stock or hold a store credit for your next order, unfortunately, we do not give refunds. For large orders please contact us directly before purchasing online.

PAYMENT METHODS

On the checkout page, you can pay with Credit Card with Stripe after which a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Alternatively, you can request to pay by bank transfer. Whatever option you select, a confirmation email will follow for your records. The goods will only be shipped once payment is received.

 


PRICING POLICY

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST 10%

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS & COUPON CODES

We offer wholesale accounts for relevant customers, sign-in on preserved plants website by completing the form. All your information needs to be completed and correct. Preserved Plants team will check your information before confirmation of your wholesale account. If the information is not correct or not relevant, we reserved the right to do not accept your wholesale account or delete your preserved plants account at any time.

We remember you that, by sign in with preserved plants, means you agree to the term and conditions without any condition.

SALES AND CLEARANCE

All items on sale and and clearance are not refundable and can't be returned. Items on clearance could be a little be damaged or different that the normal product.

 

PRE-ORDER TERM & CONDITION

From time to time, we offer pre order items. This means we have guaranteed stock on its way from our farmers and we can offer it for our customers to secure on our online store.

As it is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.

This date is an expected delivery date given to us by the farmers and transport companies. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.

All pre order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre orders can not be exchanged before delivery.

Any other items that you order together with a pre order item will be held until all pre order items in your order arrive. Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please email us.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT 

ONLINE PAYMENT: You can choose to pay the full amount online by card or PayPal 

OFFLINE PAYMENT: You have the option to pay a deposit of 30% of your order by selecting the 'other payment' when you make your purchase. The remaining payment has to be paid before we dispatch the plants.


DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Orders are processed on arrival.

Dispatch is the same day or the following day from Monday to Friday.
Bespoke products are dispatched within 7 working days.
Lead times for special displays/trees are quoted separately.

Once the goods have been dispatched, we have no control over the timing of the delivery.

Tracking number and link are provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
